What is TXID? Instructions on how to check coin transactions

What is TXID?

When a transaction between two parties is done, no one wants it, but there may be a problem, a dispute is inevitable. So how to know if a crypto currencies transaction (coins, cryptocurrencies, virtual currencies) has been done or not?
When you transfer cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Usdt, …) to someone but they never receive it. They will say you haven’t sent, you say sent already. People will ask you Txid nice Txhash What is the transaction’s???
A lot of people don’t know what it is So in the end Txid what nice transaction hash What is transactional ? And how to check a coin transaction?

In a word, it is a unique encryption for a transaction, unique to that transaction.

How to check a coin transaction

Eg: Person A transfers 1,491 ETH to person B

Person A’s Ethereum Wallet: 0x07cb92BF347f888EF23333f2224BE34E3D5A1630

Person B’s Ethereum Wallet: 0x860A6fB06325D6Ba4f7FCfD9DFa40fB22bb69Ae9

Currently I am on Etherscan.io site to check Ethereum transactions.

There are 2 ways to check a transaction:

  • Check Ethereum Recipient Wallet (person B wallet)
  • Check transaction TXID (person A will provide TXID to person B)

Method 1: Check Ethereum recipient wallet

As the picture above can be seen Ethereum transferors with wallets: 0x07cb92BF347f888EF23333f2224BE34E3D5A1630, Amount of ETH received by person B: 1,491 ETH

So person A transferred 1,491 ETH to person B.

Method 2: Check with the TXID of the transaction

Person A said to transfer Ethereum, TXID is: 0xec1a3a432ff9233ca5dd9e01e038a7d742f6ff5fd825b8fb07b10a6dc723c280

Now go to the Etherscan.io transaction check page like before and put in the TXID of the transaction.

So it can be seen that person A has transferred to person B 1,491 ETH.

For other coins, you can check it by doing the same thing from the beginning!

Hopefully with this article you have understood what TXID is, what TXHASH is and can check virtual currency transactions.
